Little Explorers Week | Pop-Up Class + Park

Summer camp isn’t just for kids at FIT4MOM Chattanooga—we’re heading into the wild (kind of!) for Little Explorers Week, part of FIT4MOM Chattanooga’s Summer Camp Series!

This week is all about curiosity, adventure, and discovering the world around us—with stroller-friendly workouts, nature-inspired playgroups, and plenty of fresh air fun for your little explorer.

Join us for a special pop-up Stroller Strides class at Booker T. Washington State Park, where we’ll sweat lakeside, then stick around to explore the trails and playgrounds. It’s the perfect way to connect with nature—and other mamas, too!
